T-Shirt Company Is Law Student's Brilliant Idea
It's a catchphrase heard often this time of year: Peace on earth and goodwill toward men. But for Sophia Salver, 26, spreading peace is part of her every day life.
In August, the law school graduate launched an online T-shirt company called Brilliant Tees.

Here's how Brilliant Tees works. Each T-shirt features a colorful peace sign. The color corresponds with the cause a person wants to support when he or she buys a shirt. For example, if a person chooses pink, Salver will donate 15 percent of the $26 purchase price to breast cancer research.
Pick green and a person will support environmental programs. Purple funds better education, and yellow helps injured U.S. troops returning home from overseas.
"These are just ones that I feel could really affect people's lives and do affect people's lives, and with the slightest help a person can really change someone's life in a significant way," said Salver.
